Delivery Information

Delivery fees start at $13.90 AUD

Guaranteed same day delivery is available for local Brisbane suburbs. All orders must be placed by 1pm Monday to Friday and 9am Saturdays AEST. For suburbs with delivery priced at $30 and over, orders must be placed by 11am Monday to Friday to be delivered the same day.

If it is after the cut off time or you need an express or timed delivery, please call Divine Flowers directly on 07 3856 2000 and we will try to accomodate.

We ensure that all deliveries reach business addresses by 5pm and residential addresses by 6pm. We do not deliver on Sundays or on public holidays except for Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. Please see a list of Queensland public holiday dates at the bottom of this page.

If no one is home when your order is delivered

Please detail a specific location where the order can be left in the 'Notes' section upon checkout. Alternatively the recipient will be called to obtain further instructions on where to leave the item/s. Orders will only be left at the premises if our courier deems it safe to do so.

If there is nowhere safe or protected to leave the order, weather conditions are not favourable or the recipients phone number has not been provided, a calling card will be left under the door or in the letterbox and the order will be returned to our store in Wilston. The order can be picked up or re-delivered on the next available delivery run and will incur another delivery fee.

If your gift contains alcohol

The recipient may be called prior to dispatch to arrange a suitable delivery time as Queensland Law states that alcohol can be only be accepted by an adult and cannot be left unattended.

Please ensure someone is available to accept orders containing alcohol or it will be returned to our store in Wilston. The order can be picked up, by an adult, or re-delivered on the next available delivery run and will incur another delivery fee.
