Welcome to our website. By using this website, you are bound by and agree to comply with the stated Terms and Conditions. This website is proudly owned and operated by the Blowsy Blooms PTY LTD. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions when required; these amendments become effective immediately.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING FROM OUR WEBSITE

 DELIVERIES

  • Divine Flowers guarantee SAME DAY delivery to businesses and residential addresses in our delivery areas if orders are placed by 12:00 pm on that day. Saturday orders must be placed by 10:00 am. This does not include timed deliveries to funerals.

  • Residential addresses can be delivered up until 6 pm. Business addresses can be delivered up until 5 pm. Additional delivery fees may apply if delivery is necessary before a certain time.

  • At this stage Divine Flowers are unable to provide tracking services for your order. An approximate ETA and POD (proof of delivery) can be provided on request.  

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Divine Flowers of the recipient's finishing time or any circumstances that could affect the courier’s ability for a successful delivery. This includes (but is not limited to) instances such as dogs on the premises, locked gates, gated communities and restricted access areas. Please detail this information in the ‘special notes if no one is home’ checkbox which is located below the postcode finder in the shopping cart. 

  • If you require a timed delivery (e.g. by 11 am) these orders must be placed 24 hours in advance and will incur a surcharge. You must call our store directly on 0436013723 to organise this delivery.

  • If no one is home to receive your gift, our couriers will leave the gift in the designated place you have instructed in the ‘special notes if no one is home’ section OR a place at the address the courier deems safest and out of the public eye. They will text the recipient with an image (timestamped) and a message letting them know a delivery has been made and where it has been left.. If you do not wish for your gift to be left or contact to be made with the recipient, please detail this in our  ‘special notes if no one is home’ checkbox which is located below the postcode finder in the shopping cart. 

  • If the recipient cannot be contacted while the courier is at the delivery location, and there is nowhere the courier deems safe to leave the gift it will be returned to Divine Flowers Workshop. We are happy to negotiate a re-delivery at the recipients convenience.  On occasion, additional fees may be charged.

  • If your order is placed after our 12.00 pm same day delivery cut off, we will arrange delivery on the next appropriate/available date. 

  • Gifts containing alcohol can ONLY be accepted by someone over the age of 18 years and cannot be left in an open or public space. If Divine Flowers are not given instructions by the sender with a safe and responsible place to leave the gift, we will attempt to call the recipient to arrange this. If contact cannot be made and there is no safe space to leave the gift, it will be returned to Divine Flowers Wilston store. In this case it needs to be collected by the sender or recipient from our Wilston store or re-delivered, where an extra delivery charge will occur.

ADDRESSES AND CONTACT INFORMATION 

  • Customers must give correct phone numbers and e-mail addresses for themselves and the receiver. 

  • No liability will be taken by Divine Flowers for issues caused by unsuccessful attempts to contact a customer or recipient where details were invalid or incorrect. 

  • If the customer gives permission for flowers to be left (e.g around the back) and the receivers are on holiday or not returning to their home, it is not the responsibility of Divine Flowers to provide a replacement in this instance. 

  • If a customer provides incorrect address details for the receiver, they will be charged a re-delivery to the new address or the gift will need to be collected from our Wilston store. 

  • Divine Flowers cannot take responsibility for flowers and gifts that have been delivered and left with a 3rd party (e.g. work/hotel reception, front desk, nurses stations or someone other than the recipient at the address) that have not been passed on to the receiver directly. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

  • 24 hours notice prior to the arranged delivery date is required for cancelling an order, and $10 administration fee will be deducted from any monies refunded.

  • The customer can request to have their order date moved for no extra fee if 24 hours notice is provided.

  • Divine Flowers is unable to cancel orders that have already been made or are in transit. 

COMPLAINT POLICIES

Flowers and plants sold on this website are a perishable item with lifespans that vary widely and are based on the season. A flower’s life span varies on their seasonal availability, with some lasting much longer than others. It is expected that flowers will last anywhere between 3-7 days, however certain blooms in a design may not last as long as others. By accepting these terms and conditions you acknowledge this.

  • Any dissatisfaction with a product must be advised to Divine Flowers within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Divine Flowers will not replace goods due to change of mind. 

  • Imagery of the flowers must be provided within 48 hours to Divine Flowers to assess the situation. Alternatively, flowers must be presented in store to Divine Flowers Wilston for assessment. 

  • Recipients must follow care instructions provided.

  • Divine Flowers cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers if the originals are disposed of without first being assessed by a Divine Flowers florist. 


FLOWER AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS

As flowers are a product of nature, seasonal availability and their inclusion in designs will be wholly dependent on this. With COVID:19 and the flow on effects of bushfires earlier in the year, regular imports and local flowers have been extremely difficult to source and more expensive than previous years. 

  •  Images shown are a representation of styles we create. We update the website regularly in accordance with varieties likely to be obtainable. 

  • For set designs, flowers sent will be as close to pictured as possible. Our Signature Style designs are indicative of the style they will be crafted in; the overall look and feel of the design will closely resemble the one featured. Flower varieties and colour schemes are seasonal and will differ as we construct each arrangement using these seasonally available products. If you have any specific requests (e.g. exclusion of a certain colour or flower) please contact us 24 hours prior so we can do our best to arrange this. 

  • Appropriate substitutions may be made on your behalf if uncontactable or overseas and the delivery is scheduled for that day. 
  • It is up to Divine Flowers discretion to alter vases/containers if the vase/container is unavailable. If major changes need to be made we will contact you.

  • All prices are in Australian dollars and include local taxes.

  • If substitutions need to be made in hampers, the Divine Flowers team will contact you to advise of any changes being made. 

  • If a recipient has allergies to any chocolate or gourmet products included in our hampers (e.g nuts) it is up to the customer to advise us of this. We are happy to make substitutions to the same value (or more at the customers expense) if we are contacted upon ordering. You can do so via email. divine@divineflowers.com.au

DELIVERY OF ALCOHOL

  • Divine Flowers QLD law states that in order to send alcohol it must be accompanied with flowers, plants or gifts.

  • Orders containing alcohol can only be accepted by someone over 18 years of age.
