* Suburbs marked with an * asterix may incur an extra charge and/or delivery times maybe restricted. We will always notify you of any additional fee or change of dispatch date before we proceed with your order.
Orders for delivery within Brisbane's local metropolitan areas must be received by 10am to guarantee same day delivery. Orders placed after 10am for same day delivery may possibly incur an additional fee or be dispatched the following day. We will always notify you of any additional fee or change of dispatch date before we proceed with your order.
Saturday deliveries to suburbs with an * asterix will need to be placed a minimum of one day in advance.
We are unable to deliver to some of these suburbs on Mother's Day and Valentines Day.
Orders for delivery to outer metropolitan areas need to be placed by 3pm the day prior to dispatch in order to co-ordinate couriers. We ensure that all deliveries reach business addresses (provided accurate company names and contact numbers have been provided) by 5pm. Orders to residential addresses will be delivered up until 6.30pm.
